Equipment is erected on operator side along furnaces and machines. The relative positions of the Robotic auto pour and furnaces with reference to machine should be maintained in order that equipment can serve all the pouring positions. 

This Robotic Auto pour transfers molten aluminum metal from a holding furnace to Gravity Die Cast (GDC) Machine working on auto cycle with machine without separate commands. Robotic Auto pour consists of a Robot and dipper which hold the liquid molten metal. Robot moves from Home position to furnace and picks metal from selected furnace. Now robot moves towards machine. The Dipper motor moves either in clock wise or counter clock wise directions. Now the dipper motor rotates the dipper counter-clockwise discharge into the machine.

Fettling is a highly hazardous and man power intensive metal removal process. Automated fettling involves programmed robotic motion in several axes to simulate manual operation.
INVOLUTE fettling cells are designed specially to suit customers. They have a robust mechanical design along with state of the art electronics and software.

In this Robotic Fettling, unfettled component is placed on an Indexing Table. Robot will pick up the component and travels to a sensor for checking the component presence. It will manipulate the component over Grinding head and finishes the grinding activity in required areas. After completion, Robot will place the component on moving conveyor that transfers to a bin.
Operator has to load the components on indexing table after every cycle completion signal indicated over the HMI panel.

Material handling applications are those in which the robot moves the materials or parts from one place to another. The robot is equipped with a gripper type of end-effector to accomplish this type of transfer. The gripper must be designed to handle the specific part or parts that are to be moved.

Within this application, following are the categories:

(i) Material transfer, and
(ii) Machine loading/unloading.

In almost all the material handling applications, the part must be presented to the robot in familiar position and orientation.

Robotic fettling along with Conveyor assisted milling and punching cell developed for a spindle rail used in textile industries. Fettling and milling are achieved using electrical actuators whereas the punching system was hydraulic actuator system.
Fully automatic vision inspection line for batteries was developed with the help of Cognex cameras and National Instruments vision software. We have installed about 4 lines till date.
Robotic Extractor and Sprayer is used to remove the casting from the machine and apply die coating after the mould is removed from the die. Six Axis manipulation will give ease of manoeuvrability inside any type of die.

Our models use an uniquely designed spray nozzles and spray manifold for spraying lubricant/coolant. We equip unique solenoid valve design for the jet control in the sprayer.

According to the component, gripper and fingers are designed for proper extraction. This solution facilitating dual operations on a single Robot makes it the best solution for any customer.
