Established in 1971 by our founder late Sri.M.Subbarao, company specializes in design, manufacture and integration of automation equipment.
Involute Automation Private Limited, initially started as a gear manufacturing company. With the increase of demand in electro-mechanical systems, it started making some products in 90s. In the year 1990, Involute entered into the field of foundry automation with automatic ladling devices for foundry industry. From then, it is a pioneer in providing Automation Solutions and Products to many Industries. It is delivering to the automotive majors like TATA Group, Honda Group, Kirloskar Group, TVS Group, Bajaj Group, Mahindra & Mahindra, Pharma majors like Aurobindo, Gland, defense customers like DLRL, DRDL, BDL, NFC, RCI, BEL, ECIL among others.
It has the privilege of being associated with the Indian Missile Development Program like Prithvi, Akash, Nag, Trishul & EW Systems like Ajantha, Divya Drishti, Sangraha etc. Involute has developed various automated solutions for foundry. Gantry based pouring solutions, Gantry based pick and place devices, automatic sprayers, Extractors are a few to note. For automated pouring application alone, today Involute has more than five different types of solutions to offer. In the year 2010, the company has become one of the channel partners to M/s. ABB and M/s. Cognex for Robotics and Vision systems respectively. Involute, also the first company in the country to manufacture special purpose machine for automated assembly of motors, automated cell for fettling of castings and automated vision inspection for batteries. Over the years, as part of providing total solution, Involute’s responsibility was to train its customer’s workforce for maintaining the machinery supplied.
Decades of experience in providing automation solutions and association with industry giants provided a unique advantage to Involute in understanding skill requirements of the Industry.
With this, Involute started its training division in 2009 to impart placement linked trainings to its customer base. In the initial phases Involute trained Diploma and Engineering graduates in Applied Industrial Pneumatics and Hydraulics, Applied Electrical & Electronic Controls, PLC Engineering Programming and Sensors. In the year 2012, Involute training evolved into a separate business entity and so far trained and placed more than 4500 aspirants.
